I like smoke and I like peat, but this stuff is like concentrated, bottled campfire. It is very smooth, but you better really like smoke!

A very strange thing, the palate. I posted the last comment being gracious; I really thought the stuff was just horrible. I've had a bottle sitting around at home for years. I was going to dump it and toss it, but I thought I'd give it another chance. It didn't seem bad. Then, the next week another try. It was really good. The next week it seemed incredible. It only seems lightly smokey. Flavors pop out all over the place. It's fantastic!
Such a strange thing, my palate.
